Shipping Policy

Shipping Options


We provide free ground shipping on all standard orders above $45 excluding taxes. In this case, the shipping amount is automatically deducted at checkout. No coupon code is required to activate this.

In case of orders below $45, a nominal shipping cost corresponding to the weight of your package will be calculated at checkout and added to your purchase total. 


Expedited shipping is available on all orders placed on our website. The customary charges for this service are applicable on all orders (irrespective of the order amount) and are calculated at checkout and added to your purchase total. 

In cases where free shipping isn't applicable, the shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.

Shipping Timelines

Please note that our orders are shipped from Burnaby, BC in Canada. We exclusively ship on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding stat holidays.


Our standard orders will be shipped within 48 working hours of having received the order. Standard orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days of shipping, depending on location. Due to present conditions in lieu of COVID our delivery timelines may be extended causing delays. 


All expedited orders will be delivered within the timelines selected at checkout. However, in the current scenario, we request our customers to consider delays that may occur due to COVID.

For Canada: P.O. Boxes, Rural, remote areas, and Territories may take additional days.

Canada: We are pleased to offer shipping to all areas in Canada. 

Shipping Carriers 

We ship our packages via PurolatorFedexUSPS, UPS or Canada Post.

Purchases will be shipped from our Burnaby distribution center in Canada.

Shipment Tracking

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

Shipping Exceptions & Restrictions 


As of now we ship only in Canada


We’re unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You’ll need to create a new order if you’d like to ship to more than one address.


At this stage we do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.
